Bilim Ordo is a private school and enrolment is the year's real work. There are two routes to a parent: the poster in the street and the sheet the child carries home. The school was producing new material every year with nothing connecting it.
We built one visual system and applied it to every touchpoint of the enrolment season: street poster, classroom door, uniform, the envelope that goes to the parent. The system was templated so it does not break when the school produces an announcement on its own.

The lanyard and card are the most visible part of the school day. The mark is reduced to one colour and used on the lanyard as a repeating band. The back of the card leaves room for emergency details, which is not a design decision but a real requirement of the school.

The first physical piece a parent holds during enrolment. A call to action on one face, dates and a QR code on the other. The dieline was drawn to a standard door handle, so the printer charged nothing for a custom cutter.

Inside the classroom colour separates the age groups. Every piece is built for single colour print, so the school can run the same files on its own printer.

The hoodie and the tee were tested in two productions, embroidery and one colour print. The mark's thin strokes disappeared in embroidery, so we drew a separate embroidery version.
It starts with the mark and the guidelines. It carries on into packaging, uniform, social media, interiors and promotional items. Twenty-four deliverables, all production-ready.
